Meet Pastor Lamyia J. Crawford

Pastor Lamyia J. Crawford has been faithfully serving in ministry since the age of six. For over 25 years, she has held various supportive roles, with the last decade marked by her work as an Executive Pastor. She served under the tutelage of her Pastor and Apostle, Ryan J. Fontenot, where she was licensed as a minister and later ordained as an Elder in the Lord’s Church — serving in the capacity of Executive Pastor.

A devoted mother to three sons, Josiah, Jeremy, and Johmarcus — Pastor Lamyia’s heart for God’s people extends beyond the pulpit. She mentors men and women, helping them embrace their God-given identities and walk boldly in their Kingdom purpose. She also leads The Recovery Room, a support group for believers overcoming spiritual and narcissistic abuse.

In addition to her pastoral calling, Pastor Lamyia is a visionary entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Breakthrough Strategy Solutions LLC, where she serves as a Business and Branding Coach, Expert Solution Strategist, and Life Empowerment Coach. She is also the founder and CEO of Roeh Technologies Inc., a faith-based tech company dedicated to protecting the overall safety and integrity of the Body of Christ through modern, innovative technologies.

Under HCI, Pastor Crawford has launched the following initiatives: The Healthy Pastor Initiative™ and the HCI-Colorado Initiative. Pastor Crawford is committed to building spiritually strong, emotionally healthy churches and leaders across the globe. Her calling blends prophetic insight, pastoral care, entrepreneurship, and a deep passion for mental health and wellness within the Body of Christ.
